Niroshini Fernando is a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience in communications and coordination. Before joining WLE, she worked for the United Nations in Sri Lanka as Communications Officer for the Resident Coordinator’s Office. Prior to this, she worked at World Vision and the Red Cross. Niroshini has a BA (Honours) Degree in English from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and a Graduate Diploma in Development Studies from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
